Mark Eastham is Sr. Vice President and General Manager of McKesson Pharmacy Optimization® and PACT. Mark oversees the operations and management of the Pharmacy Optimization team of highly trained pharmacists responsible for working directly with healthcare customers to reduce drug spend, improve supply chain efficiency, maximize reimbursements, improve profit through cost and revenue initiatives, and improve medication safety.
Specialties
In addition to directing the operations and management of the Pharmacy Optimization team, Mark manages PACT, a pharmaceutical Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) that works with customers across the healthcare spectrum to bring additional value through vendor contracting opportunities and highly specialized solutions to help customers manage drug costs and utilization throughout the supply chain. Mark also oversees McKesson MedSourcesm, which delivers incremental value to customers by providing drug replacement for indigent care through the use of pharmaceutical patient assistance programs.
