Robert has 20 years of operational re-engineering, clinical resource management and business development expertise within pharmacy practice and materials management. His experience spans both acute care and ambulatory practice settings within academic medical centers and larger health systems. Robert has particular expertise in labor management optimization and building pharmacy/physician relations. He also has extensive experience assisting institutions access, optimize and insure compliance with the 340B program.
