With over 19 years of pharmacy experience in pharmacy management and leadership positions, Yen has extensive experience in leading, developing and implementing clinical programs and quality improvement efforts for a wide variety of acute care facilities. Her program development experience includes clinical guidelines and protocols, medication use policies, medication safety programs, and staff education and training. She has also presented and published in numerous professional meetings and journals.
